ભાઈશ્રી, બચુ, તમારો બન્ને નો પત્રો મળ્યો. પિતાજી તરફથી આવેલા તારની હકીકત જાણી. ભાઈ અનુભાઈ ગઈકાલે સમયસર ના રાજકોટ આવી ગયા હશે. મારી ત્યાં તપાસ કરાવી છે બન્નેની તબીયત સારી છે. ચંદન બહેનની તબીયત પણ સારી છે. અહીયાંની ચિંતા કરશો નહી. તમને S.S.C. માં ઈંગ્લીશમાં પાસ નંબર આવ્યા છે રૂા. ૫૦) નું ઈનામ મળશે તે જાણી ખુશી થયા છીયે. આવા ઈનામો અભ્યાસીઓને પ્રોત્સાહીત કરવા માટે અપાય છે માટે તમારા ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ નું લક્ષ્યબિંદુ બરાબર જળવાઈ રહે તે માટે સજાગ રહેવું. મોટાભાઈના ત્યાં કંઈ કામ નથી. એ એમના સરવીસીંગ કોર્સ માટેના prac- tical workshop માં બરાબર મશગુલ થઈને ફરી રહ્યા હશે. બાકીના ત્યાં પત્ર નહી લખી શક્યા હોય એથી યાત્રા થી અકળાઈશું નહી હવે.

 

તમારે બન્ને ભાઈઓ એ રવીવારના અહી આંટો દેવા ને ત્યાં જઈ આવવું ત્યાંથી ચોપડીઓ લેવા ગયા હશો નહીંતર ભૂલ લઈ લેજો કાગળ માં લખ- જો. - બાપુજી ના સ્મરણ

ભાઈ અનુભાઈ ગઈકાલે સમયસર રાજકોટ પહોંચી ગયા હશો અને શ્રી પ્રભુદાસભાઈ નાં બીલ નું ખાતું બીડ્યું હશે. ક્યાંય મુશ્કેલી પડી નહી હોય- અને બધું કામ સાધીને તમે વઢવાણ થઈ અમદાવાદ ગયા હશો. ત્યાંની ખબર લખશો. બીજું પેલા રેડીયો નું શું થયું. શ્રી. કાંટેડીયાએ તૈયાર કરી આપ્યો કેમ? તેમાં ખબર લખશો. ભાઈ બાબુભાઈને કહેશો- કે-રજાઓ નો તપાસ કરનાર આવશે એથી રજાઓ ખરેખર ઓછામાં ઓછી ગયેલ છે. અનુભાઈ આવ્યા સુધી અહી જ સાથે ફેરો કરતા રહેશો. આસન વગેરે તેમજ ચલાવવાનું હોય તે ચલાવતા રહેશો.

Brother Bachu,

Received both of your letters. Learned about the telegram sent by Father. Brother Anubhai must have reached Rajkot on time yesterday. I inquired there; the health of both is good. Chandan Bahen’s health is also good. Do not worry about things here. We are happy to know that you scored passing marks in English in S.S.C. and will receive a reward of Rs. 50/-. Such rewards are given to encourage students, so remain alert so that the focus/goal of your higher studies is well maintained. Elder Brother has no work there; he must be completely engrossed in his practical workshop for his servicing course. Since he couldn't write letters to others there, do not get upset over the journey now.

Both of you brothers should drop by here on Sunday and return after visiting there. You must have gone to fetch books from there; if not, pick them up without fail and write in a letter.

Brother Anubhai, you must have reached Rajkot on time yesterday and enclosed Shri Prabhudasbhai’s bill account. No difficulty must have been encountered anywhere — and after accomplishing all the work, you must have gone to Ahmedabad via Wadhwan. Write news from there. Also, what happened to that radio? Did Shri Kantediya get it ready or not? Write news about that. Tell Brother Babubhai that an inspector for leaves will come, so actual leaves taken are minimal. Keep visiting together here until Anubhai arrives. Manage the seating and other arrangements as required.
