આજે લાવતા વળગતા પ્રધાનોને લ્યો, ખાતાઓનાં અધિકારીઓ ને લખ્યું છે.
મને ખાત્રી છે તે ઉડાવ
પાટી નહિ રચે પણ
નક્કી અરજીની બાબતમાં ખાતાના નર્મદ અધિકારીની રજૂઆત થશે તે પોતાના
ખ્યાલના માટે અરજીના સુધારો
માટે હિન્દી ટેનીગ વાંધાનો રહીયો તૈૈયાર રાખશે. પણ તમને ખુદાના
અધિકારી ઉપલી અધિકારી બોલાવીને
પુછપરછ કરશે. અથવા કદાચ. શિક્ષણ
પ્રધાન શ્રી ગીરધરભાઈ કોટક
પણ બોલાવે તો જોઈએ બોલાવે
તે સ્થાને પિતો વિનયથી સેન્ટ
એમીતજી થઈને શિસ્ત જાળવવો
અથવા જવાબ દેવામાં નીડરતા
રાખવી તે પ્રશંસનીય છે
પરંતુ તથા વિવેક હોવું

attach કરીને રાખ સાદ બીડિયા
છે તો તમે તે
પત્ર લઈને શ્રી અનંતભાઈ
હવે પાસે જાવ અને
આગળ પાછળ શ્રી ગીરધરભાઈ
કોટક ને પહોંચાડી આપશો.

બાબતના ઉલ્લેખ જ્યારે કરશો અને અસલમાં
વધારે સ્પષ્ટ લખવું કે મને સંપૂર્ણ
વિશ્વાસ છે. આઈ.એ.નાં અભ્યાસ દરમ્યાન
અત્યારનાં કાળે શાંતીપૂર્વક હિન્દુત્વ
જેવા ઉંચા આદર્શ ને
હૃદયમાં લઈ વિદ્યાર્થી ના
જીવનના ઉત્કર્ષ ની બાબતમાં અન્યાય
નહી થાડે એમ માને
છે જ્યારે —

Dear Son Batuk,
Received your letter and noted the details. Today I have written to the concerned ministers and department officials. I am sure they will not brush it off lightly, but regarding the application, the department's lower official will make a presentation and, to justify their own stance, will keep objections ready regarding Hindi training for the application's revision.
However, senior officers of the department will call you for inquiry. Or perhaps Education Minister Shri Girdharbhai Kotak might call you as well. Let us see. Wherever they call, remaining humble, polite, and maintaining discipline, or answering with fearlessness is commendable, but discretion is also required. One must not cross boundaries of modesty and respect in front of elders and officers. Excitement or agitation should not be shown; keep this especially in mind. For example, if you answer Dr. Mehta that, "I do not care about the Government's recommendation" — giving such a direct reply to any officer, or even directly to an ordinary person, appears insolent and impolite.
You have erased these words inside your letter. And your previous letter has been attached along with my letter to Shri Girdharbhai Kotak; so take that letter and go to Shri Anantbhai now, and ensure it reaches Shri Girdharbhai Kotak sooner or later. If Elder Brother has arrived, take Elder Brother along with you. And if they call you to meet, meet them after taking Elder Brother’s consent/company. Also take along the 27 application details, bio-data, and suggestions to the government. And if they want to ask you anything, after asking, the main hope/matter will come up. In original, do write your "Matric" (years), that you passed at First rank from the University in employment, and the award/prize received for securing First rank in Saurashtra in S.S.C.

When you mention these alert/specific matters, write even more clearly in original: "I have full faith that during I.A. studies in current times, holding high ideals like Hindutva peacefully in heart, no injustice will be done regarding the upliftment of a student's life, so I believe..." whereas —
