મોડો પો. મળ્યો હશે.
અને અમે કુશળ છીએ.
તમારી સૌની કુશળતા ચાહું
છું. અમારી તબિયત કુદરતી રીતે જ અંદર
ઠીક ચાલશે. બાકી તો અવશ્ય
અને આ ઉંમરે અસરો
મૂંઝવણ ની થોડી ઘણી
અસર શરીર ઉપર અમોને
થતી હોય તેનાથી સામાન્ય
રીતે નષ્ટ થાય. અને
તમને. તમારા માણસોને એમની બુદ્ધિ સભર
પ્રવૃત્તિ શરીર ઉપર મારા
કરતાં વધારે માઠી અસર થતી
હોય તેવા ખ્યાલ અમને
પોતાને ન આવે. પણ
મને આપે તે સધળું
બધું તમે મારા માટે
ના લખ્યા હશે એ મને
સમજાઈ ગઈ શકે એટલે
કદાચ અમોને રીતે શરીર ઉપર
નરમી અસર થતી હોય
તો પણ નિર્ભય સંજોગ
ની પરિસ્થિતિ ને પચાવી લઈ
શકું એટલે pull on થવાને અડચણ ન આવે.
અને એને ચિંતા કરવાનું
કોઈ કારણ નથી.
અત્યારની
દેશ સ્થિતિમાં માણસ જો સફળ
થઈ તો પરિસ્થિતિને adapt થઈ જતાં
આવડે તો જ પોતે
આનંદ પૂર્વક જીવન વ્યતીત કરી
શકે, જીવન લંબાવી શકે
અને જો ન આવડે
તો માનસિક વ્યથા પજવ્યા કરે. (દુઃખી થઈ જાય - તમને
એમ થતું ન હોય
તે મોટો દિવસ નથી
અને બાપુજી આને આપુ શા
માટે લખે છે? આપણું
લખ્યું ત્યારે રાતનો સમય છે - નિરાંત
છે. જીવન અંગના વિચારો
સ્ફુરી આવતા હોવાને કારણે
જ તમને આ તક
મળતા પત્રો એટલે તમને પણ
અમારા જીવનને સમજવાની પ્રેરણા મળે તેમ સમજીને
સગવડતાએ આટલું લખી નાખ્યું છે.

સૌ. ભારતી ની તબિયત એ
પણ વહેલી રાતે પણ ત્યા
પહોંચ્યા પછી. હમણાં ઉપદ્રવ
કે relapse થયો નહીં હોય.
ચિ. શરદ પણ ત્યાં
છે. એટલે બધી રીતે
ચેન રહી રહી હશે.
ચિ. મનિષ ને પણ
સૌ. ભારતી અને શરદ બંનેના
શુભાશીષ. પત્રી સામે છાપેલી રાખેલી
હશે. અને એમનો વરુણદ
સાધારણ થયા છે. અમે
પણ મોસાળ ને મળવા પણ
ગયાં ગયું છે. પરંતુ
નઈએ ત્યાં વરુણદને લાવવાની નિરાંત કોઈને લાંબી છે. સામેના મન
ઉંચા છે. પરંતુ કાગળની
ચિંતા છે અને બધું
સારું કરશે. વરસ સારું ચાલતો
ખેડુત ખુશ થાય પ્રજાનો
તો દુઃખ બને પરંતુ
આપણા ધંધા ઉપર મોટો
ઈચ્છા પડે બીજા વરસાદ
થાય. પણ સમયસર થઈ
તેના આપણને પણ થોડી રાહત
થઈ જાય એમ લાગે
ભાઈ પણ ગયા છે...
બીજું
લખવાનું કે તમારા LMB ના
ડીબેન્ચર ટ્રાન્સફર રિન્યુ કરવા માટેની તમારી
સહી વાળો અને ટ્રાન્સફર
ફોર્મ રાજકોટ થી આવી આવ્યા
છે. ફોર્મ બહુ મોટા આવ્યા.
સીરીઝ તો બંધ થઈ
ગઈ હંમેશા છઠ્ઠી સીરીઝ બહાર પડે ત્યારે
એમાં ટ્રાન્સફર રિફંડ શકીએ પરંતુ મારો
એમ વિચાર અને મત છે
કે ચિ. ભાનુ ના
તથા ચિ. સૌ. ભારતી
ના તથા ચિ. સૌ.
ચંપા ના ડીબેન્ચરો encash કરાવી
ને આપણી કોર્પોરેશન માં
officially જમા કરાવીએ. આપણે જે રીતે
શરાફી મોં વધારે ધ્યાન
આપવું પડે છે તો
તે બદલ ના લાભ
ધરતા સાસુ શા માટે
ન અપાવવા? એટલે તમારી પાસે
ના ડીબેન્ચર તમારા નામે હોય તો
તમારા નામે ફિક્સ કોર્પોરેશન
માં Officially જમા કરાવી શકીએ
છે અને જો તે
સૌ. ભારતી ના નામે જ
હોય તો આ બધું
સાચું ન પાયું. ભલે
નિધિને આપણે આપવાં જેથી
છે તો એમના નામે
જમા કરાવી શકાય - પરંતુ આ બાબતમાં યોગ્યતાની
સ્પષ્ટતા કરી દઈશ. આ
બાબતમાં અમારા મન ઉપર જરા
પણ કુતૂહલ અને સંકોચ ન
હોવો ઘટે. આપને મારામાં
અને ભાઈઓમાં સંપૂર્ણ વિશ્વાસ હોવો જોઈએ. અને
તે માટે indirectly નાખી શકું. પૂરા
ઉમંગ અને વિશ્વાસ સાથે
રાજી ખુશી થી લખજો
- એટલે તે પ્રમાણે encash કરાવી
ને જમા કરાવી શકાશે
- એ આપણે ડોક્ટર સાહેબ
વગેરેને ગર્ભિત મળેલી રકમને આપણી ઈચ્છા વિરુદ્ધ
ફેરફાર ન કરીએ.

Dear Brother Batuk,
You must have received this letter a bit late after reading it. All of us here are doing well, and I wish for the well-being of everyone there. Naturally, our health is going fine inside. Otherwise, as is inevitable at this age, a few effects of worry and perplexity do impact the body, which normally fade away. You and your people, with your intellectually active routine, might feel a harsher impact on the body than I do, though we may not realize it ourselves. But whatever you wrote for me, I am able to understand fully; so even if there is a mild setback to the body, I can process and digest the uncertain circumstances so that there is no obstacle in pulling on. There is no reason to worry about it.
In today's state of the country, if a person can adapt to the circumstances, only then can they spend life joyfully and prolong life; if one cannot, mental agony keeps troubling. (One becomes unhappy—you might feel this isn't a big deal, so why is Bapuji writing all this? When writing this, it is night time—there is peace. Because thoughts about life are sprouting, taking this opportunity to write letters so that you also get inspiration to understand our life; hence wrote this much at convenience).
Regarding Dear Respected Bharti's health—even after reaching there late at night, hopefully there has been no trouble or relapse recently. Dear Sharad is also there, so there must be peace of mind in every way. Blessings to Dear Manish as well from both Respected Bharti and Sharad. The letter must have been kept printed in front. And their Varund [rain/funds] has turned ordinary. We also went to meet the maternal family. But no one has the long peace of mind to bring Varund there. Minds opposite are tense, but there is worry about letters, and everything will turn out well. If the year goes well, the farmer becomes happy, while the public suffers hardship; but a major impact falls on our business, though other rains occur. If it happens on time, it feels like we will also get some relief. Brother has also gone...
Secondly, to write that regarding your LMB debentures transfer and renewal, the form with your signature and transfer form have arrived from Rajkot. The forms turned out to be very large. The series has closed; whenever the sixth series is issued, we can transfer/refund in it. However, my thought and opinion is to get the debentures of Dear Bhanu, Dear Respected Bharti, and Dear Respected Champa encashed and officially deposit them into our Corporation. Since we have to give more attention to money-lending/financial matters, why not provide the true benefits accrued from it? That is, if the debentures in your possession are in your name, we can officially deposit them in the Corporation under your name as fixed; and if they are solely in Respected Bharti's name, then all this isn't properly set. Even if we wish to give to Nidhi, it can be deposited in her name—however, I will clarify the suitability regarding this matter. There should be no curiosity or hesitation whatsoever in our mind regarding this. You should have complete trust in me and the brothers, and I can suggest indirectly for that. Write with full enthusiasm, trust, and joy—so accordingly they can be encashed and deposited—so that we do not alter the implicitly received amount for Doctor Saheb and others against our wishes.
Write a clear explanation regarding this matter. Take care of your health. Do not worry about us. Regarding Dear Jagdish, even if medicine was done for Respected Manubhai from here, where must they have reached? Did any Hindi medicine or file suit them?—write about that, and prepare well regarding mind/illness etc. Take proper care of his health.
