પાસ-સામસામે મકાન લઇ લીધા
છે.

Dear Hemant [Batuk/Hemendra],
Received your letter, which brought joy.
However, there is heavy rainfall here. Also, Raghavji Sheth regarding customs is still held up in additional matters. Likewise, prohibition is in place.
The details/prospects of your factory are good. My situation/details are also good. Hokumchand and other brothers send their greetings.
Further: Here, additionally returned from India... Vadawatray... Brother Sikandar has not yet gone to India; received news of his passing away.
However, on date 2-12-55, here next to Hirji was Khodidas's house, which we had held in writing / contracted—
From that registered agreement, the monthly rent received will be: 2600. Thus, regarding giving/additional effort here, only the written document/deed remains pending, etc.
No one needs to go live in that house, so all the brothers have also taken houses across/adjacent to each other in this regard. Therefore, there is no worry here either.
