મળ્યાં. પહેલાના પત્રનો જવાબ નથી અપાણો
તો માફ કરશો. તમને
ત્યાં સગવડતા સારી છે જાણીને
આનંદ. તમારું વજન વધ્યું તે
જાણીને તો ખૂબ જ
આનંદ થયો છે. ત્યારે
એકલાને મજા કરવી હોય
પછી ભાભીયો શું કામમાં આવે?
તેમ એકેય ભાભીને સાથે
ન લઈ ગયા, તો
જરૂર કામમાં આવત. ઉડીને ઘણપણ
ન કર્યું હોય ત્યાંની મીઠી
સમયણ માણે. નિતીન મજા કરે છે.
મારું વજન પણ તમારી
જેમ અહીં આવીને વધી
ગયું છે. તમે રેડિયો
પર ડાંઈ પ્રોગ્રામ રાખવાના
હો તો અગાઉથી જણાવશો
કેમ અમે સાંભળી તો
શકીએ. તમારે ત્યાં તો તેવા ડાંઈ
જલસા પણ છે. અહીં
તો જલસા જેવું ડાંઈ
નામ જ નથી. પછી
શું થાય વજન તો
વધે ને? હે, અહીં
ખાવાપીવાની મજા છે. તમારે
આવવું હોય તો ખાવાપીવા
માટે અને મેહ વધારવા
માટે જરૂર આવજો. બન્ને
ભાભીના પત્રો આવ્યા હશે. પૂ. બા
તથા પૂ. ડાના બે
ત્રણ દિવસ થયા રવાના
થયા છે. નિતીનનો ફોટો
ખેંચ પણ છે જરુર...

મોકલીશું ત્યારે જરૂર મોકલીશું ત્યાંના
નવીન જણાવતા રહેશો. અહીં તો બારે
માસ ગરમી જ પડે
છે. આ એકાદ માસ
જરા ઠંડી પડ્યો. તમે
લખો છો કે હજુ
સુધી તો 100% શાકાહારી જ છો તો
પછી નહિ રહેશે તેમ
લાગે છે. તમારા પત્રો
વાંચીને બહુ જ આનંદ
થાય છે તો અવારનવાર
જરૂર લખતા રહેશો. બસ

ફોર્મ વકિલ પાસે માંગીને
તે first class
magistrate રૂબરુ ત્યાંના રિવાજ પ્રમાણે સ્ટેમ્પ લગાડી સાઈન કરીને મોકલશો.
તે સમય મળે ત્યારે
આ વિધિ કરશો. ઉતાવળ
બહુ નથી. વકીલને પત્ર,
પરંતુ અમરેલીથી એ જ વકીલભાઈનો
પત્ર હતો તેમાં પૂ.
બાપુને સમાચાર લખ્યું હતું કે ટપાલ
વધારે વિલંબમાં છે. L. H. I. રોગને ત્રણ દિવસ થયા
છે. સાથે પૂ. બા
પણ ગયા છે - રસ્તામાં.
સારા
ડાકટરને consult કરશું. આખાતે જ રસીકરણ પરાવ્યું
છે. ડો. રસીલાસહાય તથા
તેજાવાલાને તરફ સાવધાન નિમયો
તે જાણીશું. મહારાજ ભંગારને સાવધાન પહોંચી ગયા છે. વેપાર
પાછો રસા માં છે.
બધા પાસે સોર્સ surplus છે
- દેશવરોમાં demand નથી. તે ઉપર
Remittance માટે પુરતી સમજ છે તે
રજૂ લખવા માટે. શંશય
લાગે છે. આપનો પત્ર
એવર જે વર્ષમાં સવાયા
ઉપાધ્યાય રહેશે. કારણ કે દરે
દરે તું રાષ્ટ્રપદ સરકાર
રહેશે. એટલે ધંધા ન
રોય ત્યાં લાગુ કરી સમાપ્ત
કરો. ત્યાં તો ખુશ છે
અને વજન વધ્યું તે
આનંદ. પણું વજન ખૂબ
વધ ગયું છે. Over 140, અને
ત્યાં સુધી Vagitarian છો (Eggs excepted). વિશેષમાં મારે લખવું છે
કે એ વાત. અગર
China Secretary of Stalin, Fuller (or Dull mind) ને
મળવાનું થાય તો રજિસ્ટર
+ GOA વિષે સાંભળવાશે. થોડી સલાહ આપજો.
ચીના અપોર્શન students, politics માં બહુ રસ
ધરાવે છે? + શું Dance club માં Drinking party માં? જમીના પોઝિટિવ
વિચારો પાસે કંઈ વધારો
હોય તો તમે જરૂર
વિચાર કરજો.

Received both of your letters. Please forgive me for not being able to reply to the earlier letter. Glad to know that you have good facilities there. Very happy indeed to know that your weight has increased!
If you wanted to enjoy all by yourself, then what good are sister-in-laws (bhabhi)? You didn't take even one bhabhi along—she would have certainly been of help! Enjoy the sweet memories of that place. Nitin is enjoying himself. My weight has also increased after coming here, just like yours.
If you are going to host any radio program there, do let us know in advance so we can listen to it. You have such fun events there; here, there is no such thing as fun. What else can happen then—weight is bound to increase, right? Ha, food and drink are enjoyable here. If you want to visit, do come for the food, drink, and to gain some weight!
Letters from both bhabhis must have arrived. Respected Ba and respected Dana left two or three days ago. Nitin's photo was also taken... when we send others, we will surely send it. Do keep sharing news from there. It is hot here all twelve months; only for about a month was there a bit of cold. You write that you are still 100% vegetarian, so it seems it will remain so. Reading your letters brings much joy, so do write often.

Dear Brother Batu,
Received your letter dated 9/12 and the notice. Now, for the credit/deposit side, please ask the lawyer for the necessary printed form, get it stamped and signed in front of a First Class Magistrate according to the local custom there, and send it back. Perform this procedure whenever you find time—there is no extreme hurry.
Regarding the letter to the lawyer—there was a letter from that same lawyer in Amreli informing respected Bapuji that the mail is delayed significantly. L. H. I. has had the ailment for three days now. Respected Ba has also accompanied them—they are on the way. We will consult a good doctor. Vaccination has been done for everyone. Will caution regarding Dr. Rasilasahayu and Tejawala to know the status.
Trade is again in a slump. Everyone has surplus stock, but there is no demand in regional markets (deshvaro). Regarding Remittance, there is sufficient understanding, which will be written further. There are doubts. Your letter will remain crucial this year because the government will hold the national position at every step. So wherever there is no trade, wrap it up.
Glad to know you are happy there and that your weight has increased. My weight has also increased a lot—over 140 [lbs]. And as long as you are vegetarian (eggs excepted)...
In addition, I want to write about one thing: if you happen to meet the Secretary of Stalin, Fuller (or Dulles/mind), do listen to what they have to say regarding registration + GOA [Goa region/issue]. Offer some advice. Are Chinese student groups/apportioned students very interested in politics? + What about dance clubs and drinking parties? If you have any additions to positive thoughts on ground, do give it thought.
