સ્નેહીભાઈ
હરેન્દ્ર જત તારો લખેલો
પોસ્ટકાર્ડ મળ્યો અને વાંચીને આનંદ
થયો કારણકે ઘણા સમયબાદ તારો
પત્ર દેખાયો હવે નિયમિત પત્ર
લખતો રહેજે. આ સંઘમાં હવે
લગભગ ૨૫ થી ૩૫
વર્ષની નારી જ મળશે
હવે સાચી. તું તારા પત્ર
પ્રમાણે ત્યાં આનંદમાં હોઈશ આશા છે.
અત્રે જાણવા મુજબ ત્યાં ખાવા
પીવાની અગવડ તો રહે
છે. અને તેમાં પણ
જો સારી કંપનીનો નો
ભેટો થાય તો રહેવું
પણ મુશ્કેલ થઈ જાય. તારી
વાતો ભારત અને વિષયો
માં આનંદ લેતો ભણીને
આનંદ મળશે એ સાચવી
ને રહેજે ત્યાં ગુમનામ થઈ જતો. અત્રે
અમો સર્વ મજામાં છીએ
મારો દોસ્તો મગનલાલ પાનાનો પત્ર હતો તેનો
તારા તરફથી કશોય જવાબ ન
હતો તો હવે જરૂર
લખશે. મારો જવાબ તારા
પત્રના પ્રશ્નો માટે હોઈ. અમો
સર્વ મજામાં છીએ. ભરત તથા
પ્રતાપ મજામાં છે અને હોસ્ટેલ
વધારાના જેમ વલ્લભનગર ગમતું
હશે અને અમો પણ
સાથેજ આનંદ કરી રહીયે
છે. કામકાજ અંગે બહાર જવું
છે. રોજ લિ. તા
સે સાગરબાર હવે પછી સમાધાન
મારા

ભુલ કરે છે.

Dear Brother Harendra,
Received the postcard written by you and was glad to read it, because your letter was seen after a long time. Now keep writing letters regularly. In this group/society now, truly only women aged around 25 to 35 will be found. Hope that, as per your letter, you are doing well there. According to information here, there are indeed inconveniences regarding food and drink. And on top of that, if one doesn't get good company, living there becomes even more difficult. Take joy in your discussions about India and various subjects, and you will find pleasure in studying; take good care of yourself and live cautiously, don't get lost or isolated there.
We are all doing well here. There was a letter from my friend Maganlal Pana, but there was no reply to it from your side, so do write to him now. My reply is in response to the questions in your letter. We are all doing well. Bharat and Pratap are doing well. Just like the extra hostel life, you must be liking Vallabh Vidyanagar, and we are also enjoying ourselves together here. I have to go out for work daily.
