તમો શાંતિ પામી ગયા — થોડા દિવસ રહેવા ત્યાં આ સૂર્યના તડકાને લીધે તમોને ઘણો જ રાહત અનુભવાશે ત્યાં પુરતી દવા — વેકેશન સારું ફરજો —

તમારા ગયા બાદ —

મંગળવારે - ૨૩-૧-૭૬ ના રોજ આ સૂર્યમાં મેં બધા Mammography ~ X Rays ~ Blood Tests etc — કરાવ્યા અને ગઈ કાલે એના Reports Normal છે. Gray Breast પણ Normal છે એમ ધારો તોય સારું રાતે ઉચો ગયો — બાજુ બાજુ દર્દ ક્યાય થાય છે અને પોતે પણ પુરતામાં છે અને રાતમાં પોતાનું બધું કામ પોતે રહેશે

બુધવાર ૨૪-૧-૭૬ નારોજ ડો T.B. Patel જે Director of Cancer Hospital છે તેમને સાથે તેમના મોટરમાં Cancer Hospital ૧૨ વાગ્યે ગયા છે જો ડો નરેન્દ્ર પટેલ Radiologist ને તેના ચાર્જમાં છે ને ત્યાજ રહી આ સૂર્યને Rays

આપવા શરૂ કર્યા છે જે ૨૪-૧-૭૬ તારીખ ૧૨ વાગ્યે ગયા હતા - ડો T.B. Patel સાથે લઈ ગેનો સ્ટાફ દર્દ બધા ઉપર ઘણોજ Over પડ્યો મેં આ બધા સુર્યને માનપૂર્વક વાર્તા તથા ત્યાં ચોવીશ Rays ગઈ વાર્તા તથા ત્યાં શુભારંભ થતો હતો ત્યાં મને કબુલ સારું લાગ્યું છે - આવા ૨૦ થી ૨૫ દિવસ સુધી લાગલાગાટ Rays લેવાના છે અને દરરોજ ડો પટેલ સાહેબ જોશે અને વચમાં ડો નુભાઈ સાથે વાત કરશે. ડો નુભાઈ ત્યાં ૧૧:૩૦ - ૧૨ વાગ્યે પાછા આવશે છે મેં આ પ્રમાણે Treatment ચાલુ કરી છે. લોહીના Oestrogen Tests ને બન્ને તપાસ કરી મન ને બધા Tests પાદિ Cancer તેમજ ટયુમર દેખાય છે ને દર્દ છે એ બદલ Latest Treatment અપાઈ છે એવું બધે રિપોર્ટમાં લીટર જેવું મન અને આશામાં પૂરતી મહેરબાની તર્ક જ્યારે જે મંજુર પડશે ત્યારે ને સાચેજ મન થાય છે

આ સુર્યના ઘસરાને BOLD ત્યાં લીમ્બપાત્ર થઈ છે પણ તમારો તો મંગળમોટા રહેશ કારણકે — Rays — છોડવાનું પ્લાન્ટ ડો નુભાઈ લાવીને — ડો હરિભક્તિ આપશે કરે ત્યાં ડો રજની પટેલ જે બાપુમાં છે જેમ બધા મંગળ રહેતું હશે —

મારી તબિયત સારી છે ત્યાં શરીરે નવા તારા બાબા તબિયત — ઉંમર દૂધ જે ત્યાં સેવામાં નર્સ પડતા હતા — દવા ચાલુ કરશું ત્યાં ને પેલા ઘા સડન રિક્ષાવાળા છે — થોડું દર્દ કોકને ટકે નહિ — વધુ જોર જ્યારે — જોઈએ કે ફી+ ટ +૨૪૧ તેવું નથી

આ લડાઈ વિજયભવ!, હિંમત ઉંમર ડો નુભાઈ હસ્તક બન્નેને પ્રણામ છે. આ મનિષકુમાર ને અમારા પાનવાળા વિગેરે

 

વ્હાલાભગત હેમંતભાઈને Fissure માં થોડો આરામ હશે ત્યાં મસા હવે બેસી ગયા હશે Cremaffin તથા Anovul ચાલુ હશે — હવે તબિયત ઘરાક વધી છે તો માર્ચમાં મોટોસ્ટાફ જરૂર નરામ પાઠવું છે

શ્રી મનીષકુમાર બાબાસાહેબ મલ્યો હશે અમારા આશીર્વાદ રૂપે — ૨૫-૧-૭૬ શાંતિ પામી ગઈ પહોંચી છે આ સુર્યના ૧૨ વાગ્યે જાય રાત્રે Rays સિવા ડો ટી.એમ. પટેલ સાથે વ્યાયામ છે ઘણો જ પુણ્યમાં — Toller — Ever Smile ત્યાં સહનશક્તિમાં મુકે છે તો હવે તમો કોઈ ફીકર કરતા નહિ — અમારા સોગન છે સૂર્યમાં પણ પધારો ત્યાં જે હાથમાં સારું થઉં જશે — ફીકર કરશો નહિ —

Dear Brother Hemantbhai, hope you have attained peace and rest over there. Staying there for a few days under the sunlight will give you immense relief. Take adequate medicines and enjoy your vacation well.

After you left: On Tuesday, 23-1-76, I got all tests done under this sunlight including Mammography, X-Rays, Blood Tests, etc., and yesterday the reports came back Normal. The gray breast region is also normal, so consider that good news. Pain was felt on the sides at night, but everything is being managed well, and night routines are being handled independently.

On Wednesday, 24-1-76, at 12:00 noon, went to the Cancer Hospital in the car of Dr. T. B. Patel, who is the Director of the Cancer Hospital. Dr. Narendra Patel (Radiologist) is in charge there, and radiation treatment (Rays) was initiated under his care.

We went at 12:00 noon on 24-1-76. Dr. T. B. Patel and his staff paid thorough attention to the case. After respectful discussions, the radiation rays therapy was auspiciously commenced, and I felt satisfied with the setup. Such radiation rays are to be taken continuously for 20 to 25 days. Dr. Patel Saheb will monitor daily and speak with Dr. Nubhai in between. Dr. Nubhai returns around 11:30–12:00.

This treatment plan has been set in motion. Blood estrogen tests and other investigations were checked; the tests confirmed the presence of the tumor/cancer cells, and the latest medical treatment is being administered accordingly. Reports offer good hope and reassurance, and by God's grace, things should proceed well.

The plan for administering the rays was brought by Dr. Nubhai, and Dr. Haribhakti and Dr. Rajni Patel are overseeing the case smoothly.

My health is good. The nurse is attending to care and milk routines, and medications are ongoing.

"May this fight be victorious!" (આ લડાઈ વિજયભવ!)

Postscript & Additional Notes

Dear Hemantbhai must have received some relief from the fissure, and the piles/massa should have subsided by now. Continue taking Cremaffin and Anovusol ointment. Now that health is recovering, things will improve further by March.

Blessings to Chi. Manishkumar. On 25-1-76, radiation was taken at 12:00 noon. Everyone is enduring the treatment with a smile and resilience (Ever Smile), so do not worry at all. Everything will recover well by God's grace.
