વળી L. બાપુભાઈને પુછવવું કે L. પાંચાભાઈને જનરલ પાવર આપ
રાખે છે તેમ તારા
માટે L. પાંચાભાઈ સાઈન કરે તો
ચાલે કે કેમ? વકીલની
સલ્લાહ લેવી નહીં જણાવવું
કે વકીલ પાવરના બધામાં
સમજતા કે ડિલેજ રોડ

2/ સહીઓ બધી બાજુ નાખવી
અને તુરંત મોકલી આપવી કે જેથી
અમે રોક ન થાય.
ભાઈ નાનું પાસે પણ આ
પ્રમાણે પત્રા ટાઈપ કરેલ છે
કે તેને તે સાઈન
પણ કરી નાખે. સાથે
ક્યાયે કામ અત્યંત સહેલું
થઈ ગયું છે. કઈ
ભી ભાડા પહેલે જનરલ
પાવર અને શેરની ને
મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ સાથે સાઈન કરાર
ને મળેલું નું તો રહેશે.
પરંતુ તમે માટે ઉત્તાવળ
નથી. તને જ્યારે સગવડિયા
પહેલે દિવસમાં સમય મળે ત્યારે
જનરલ પાવર સાથે શેરની
1st Class magistrate અથવા
Notary public સાથે સહી રે. સગાઈને
બાબત આપવી. જનરલ પાવર સાથે
શેરની નું ફોર્મ બધા
માફીત છે જે તમે
ત્યાં મિત્ર જામત પેસનું લખેલ
છે. અને તારો સમય
જે મહા સભાનો જરૂર
બગડવનો પરંતુ ત્યારે સાચવું પડશે કારણ કે
આ પ્રમાણે ન કરીએ તો
પણ શું...
...Non Resident ના અર્થમાં ઇન્કમટેક્સમાં
તમારે ત્યાં જરુર રીતે સમજાવી
નહીં (World income tax
on Rule મુજબ) અને મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ પાસે
રજીસ્ટર થઈ પડે છે
અને તે પ્રમાણે સહી
લેવો પડે છે તે
રજૂ ક્યા પડે છે
અને ત્યારે ત્યાં તે સમય નથી.
Total income પર ટેક્સ લાગી જાય તે
માટે સરકાર નક્કી છે. આ બે
વર્ષમાં આ બધું રસી
સમય મળે છે એટલે
અમે બે વર્ષ 50% ધંધો
Total wind up કરવો પડશે અને ત્યારે
ખૂબ સમય અને સંજોગો
ને અનુરૂપતાની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા
છીએ. ત્યારે પાંચને આપતા વર્ષ શિક્ષણ
અને મધ્યમ કરની તપાસ કરવા
વિચાર છે અને જેમીન
કાયદા મિલકત આપ્યા છે. આ ઉપર
વિગત જણાવી તે પ્રમાણે આ
સાથે જે ટાઈપ કરેલ
નોટીસ છે તે સાઈન
કરીને (તા. 9/10/47) રખે પાછા આપવી.

A letter from respected Bapubhai written along with Brother Anubhai was seen. From that, it becomes clear. Also, reading that respected Bapubhai and the panchayat have reached a settlement brings relief. Letters from Mussoorie are also being received along with this. Brother Kashi had gone to Bengal; he must have returned home today.
Furthermore, for respected Bapubhai, this document—Deed of Dissolution of Partnership—is typed and sent along with the General Power [of Attorney] and share transfer forms, for Brother Nakali and you to sign. Also, ask respected Bapubhai whether, just as L. Panchabhai holds the General Power of Attorney, it would be acceptable if L. Panchabhai signs on your behalf? Seek the lawyer's advice, but do not mention that the lawyer understands everything about the power, otherwise if there is a delay...
...is along with it. I have checked everything and am getting this letter written as well. The procedure will remain fixed. Respected Bapubhai was writing that he has a tremendous amount of work there, causing delays in going to the Magistrate. For that reason, the procedure is still pending. The money for the ordinary notice has been transferred.
Along with this, I am also sending the notice typed out. You need to sign it (on the top blank portion of the file) and place two signatures on all sides and send it back immediately so that there is no delay on our end. A letter has also been typed for Brother Nanu so that he signs it as well. Work has become extremely simple now.
Regarding any rentals or initial steps, the General Power and share transfer forms must be signed before a Magistrate. However, there is no rush for you. Whenever you find convenient time in the coming days, get the General Power and share transfer form signed before a 1st Class Magistrate or a Notary Public. Please attend to the matter of the engagement/alliance. The form for the General Power and share transfer is standard, similar to what you wrote to our friend Jamat Pesh there. It will certainly cost you some time from your major gatherings, but you will have to manage it, because what else can we do if we don't proceed this way...
...so that under the definition of Non-Resident, Income Tax doesn't improperly assess you (as per the World Income Tax Rule). It needs to be registered before a Magistrate, and signatures must be taken accordingly—and you don't have time there. The government is firm on applying tax on total income.
In these two years, whatever time is available is being used, so within two years we will have to totally wind up 50% of the business. We are waiting for the right time and favorable circumstances. In the coming fifth year, we plan to inspect education and middle-class affairs, as land and property laws have been applied.
As detailed above, please sign the typed notice attached herewith (dated 9/10/47) and return it carefully. Sign the General Power of Attorney as appropriate. Sign as: Hemendra C. Parekh...
