Students Union Bldg.
International Time બતાવતી
Good Night
(& Good Morning!)

Dear Mani-Pushpaben,
Respected Bapuji gives good news about you every time, but whenever I fondly remember you, I feel it would be better if you write a letter directly. Yesterday, after a day that felt as long as a month, when night fell, I felt alive; then I became worried about Mohit's Mahadev's health and couldn't sleep for two hours. Total foolishness! I woke up just now and wrote this letter to you. I am doing well. My health is also very fine, except that eating boiled potatoes, corn, and carrots every day at the Cafeteria makes me full just looking at them!!
Regards to Amritlal, Bhogilal, and Chi. What is Shailesh up to? I hear rumors that both are coming to the native place (desh) to visit. Here, winter should end by the end of March. Right next to the Music Room in the Students Union Building, they have placed a clock showing International Time; according to it, Lawrence and your location lie on directly opposite hemispheres of the world. Here, it is currently 10:15 PM at night, and there both of you sisters must be caught up in the morning 10:15 AM rush of cooking. Well then, Good Night (& Good Morning!) Amritbhai.
